The headquarters hotel for the Summit is the Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel. It is a short Metro stop away from the NIH campus.

NCI will provide round-trip shuttle service from both hotels to the Natcher Conference Center.

NCI has reserved a small block of rooms for confirmed, registered participants at the special Summit conference rate of $180.00 plus tax per night.

If you would like a room reserved for you, please check the box on the registration form and submit a credit card number to guarantee the room. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for confirmed, registered participants. Registrants will receive hotel confirmation letters.

We cannot guarantee that the hotels will offer the negotiated room rate after the designated deadlines.

Additional area hotels are listed below in order of proximity. The availability of rooms and rates may vary. The Summit does not have negotiated rates for rooms at these hotels.
