Accessibility

The DCLG is committed to welcoming the entire community to the Summit. Because many DCLG members are survivors, we are especially sensitive to the needs of advocates who persevere in the midst of personal illness.

All of the buildings on the NIH campus are fully accessible, and the Natcher Conference Center at NIH includes ample seating and several rest areas for additional comfort during and between sessions. Substantial breaks are provided in the program, and a lounge will be set up onsite so attendees can refresh themselves between sessions.

Handicapped-Accessible Vehicles and Parking

NIH shuttle buses are available from the Medical Center Metro Station to the Natcher Conference Center, Building 45. All NIH shuttle buses are handicapped accessible.

Handicapped-accessible parking is available in both the Gateway Building underground parking garage and outdoor metered parking lots. Parking Lot 45 is the closest outdoor lot to the Natcher Conference center.

Sign Language Interpretation

If you require sign language interpretation, please indicate so on the registration form in the field that reads "I require special accommodations."
