Stacy appreciates being able to use her skills as a writer to help people better understand their health and how to help protect it. She has been writing about health for more than 10 years and feels fortunate to have produced content for diverse audiences, from booklets for mental health consumers to girlshealth.gov pages on puberty. Having worked as a copy editor for The Washington Post and as a magazine editor, Stacy is committed to accuracy, clarity, and readability. When she is not at work, Stacy likes to hike along the Potomac, speak Hebrew, cook vegetarian food, practice yoga, and read about health.

Meaghan Malloy White

Developing message boards, blogs, video scripts, social media content, and public education campaigns comes as second nature to Meaghan. Her experience in applying her journalism, new media, and public relations background to health-related issues is the icing on the cake! A valuable member of Palladian’s strategic communications team, Meaghan writes social media content for the Million Hearts Campaign. She also supports the Office on Women’s Health. Meaghan’s passion for interior design led her to a hobby of refinishing furniture. She also enjoys reading and working out at the gym. Meaghan is co-founder of the Green Innovators Multimedia Recycling Project and a volunteer at Foods and Friends.

Erin Runnels

Trained in digital communications, public relations, and social media, Erin is an enthusiastic asset to Palladian’s strategic communications team. Her experience includes developing and implementing creative social media campaigns, producing press releases and promotional materials for various internal and external websites and social media outlets, and planning awareness events and managing the organization website for the Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity in London. At Palladian, Erin conducts social media monitoring for the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences. She also supports the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Justice in planning and marketing the Technologies for Critical Incident Preparedness Expo. Erin’s many interests include engaging in outdoor activities, attending art and music festivals, and traveling.

Cindy Connors, PHR

Certified as a Professional in Human Resources and with more than 12 years of experience in HR and recruitment, Cindy serves a valuable “behind-the-scenes” role at Palladian. Exemplifying Palladian’s work ethic, Cindy promotes collaborative, productive working relationships among all levels of staff. She is experienced with the federal government recruiting and reporting requirements. Working with management, Cindy helps ensure that Palladian maintains a high-quality team. She loves learning about people and their professions. Consequently, she finds her job to be particularly gratifying. Cindy enjoys watching team sports, hiking, and traveling. Her love of the mountains resulted in trips to the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone Park, and the Canadian Rockies. A breathtaking week she spent in Kyoto, Japan, however, remains especially memorable.

Eric Saltzman

Having studied strategic health communications in the District, Eric’s path to Palladian’s strategic team took him around the world and back. His work in the past few years has included youth development work in an inner-city school in Belize, behavioral science research into kitchen and farming practices in rural India, and family planning work in Sudan. Eric applies his experiences to domestic health issues, thinking about how to improve people’s lives by seeing the world as they do. On the weekends, Eric enjoys moving around—whether playing basketball, Frisbee, hiking, or getting down on the dance floor—both to have fun and compensate for his love of eating and cooking.

Steve Boehm

Having wordsmithed and managed publications for U.S. Senators, national nonprofits, an international medical publisher, and his own freelance practice, Steve brings a wealth of experience to Palladian as an editorial coordinator. Among other assignments, Steve ensures online materials are Section 508 compliant and coordinates the production of publications and the writing of web content for Palladian’s clients. Outside of work, he’s the father of two college-age sons, is owned by two shih tzus and two cats, and geeks out doing historical reenactment from the golden age of sail and piracy. Combining this with his love of music, he performs and records sea chanteys, nautical-themed songs, and traditional Celtic/English music with local folk groups.

Catherine Evans, Ph.D.

As someone who enjoys the challenge of translating complex science into something different audiences can access, Catherine shines among Palladian’s science writers. She has a Ph.D. in neuroscience, which exposed her to a broad range of sciences, from psychology to genetics to cell biology. Her writing and communications work provided further exposure to everything from nutrition science to cancer genomics. During her free time, Catherine likes exploring DC’s art, concerts, and interesting restaurants, and getting out of the city to the mountains, wineries, or the beach.

Andre Chavis

Andre is one of Palladian’s web developers, which allows him to pursue his interest in the internet’s growing role as a resource for various audiences and in how website development can serve users’ needs. During his time with the U.S. Army, he developed skills in computer and communications systems. He is currently studying information technology at the University of Maryland University College. He enjoys spending free time bowling and shooting pool.

Nichole Sorhaindo, M.P.H.

Combining a background in biopsychology and public health with a keen visual eye and creative thinking, Nichole Sorhaindo coordinates strategic health communication activities, including communication and message planning, audience segmentation, and health education material development. She specializes in health communications for underserved and minority populations and in developing new health communication strategies and using social and commercial marketing techniques to influence health behavior. Nichole holds a degree in psychobiology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and an M.P.H. from the University of Michigan. Before coming to Palladian, Nichole worked for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she spearheaded the development of health-related marketing materials in the National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases. In her spare time, Nichole likes to spoil her cats, Patty and Selma; travel; and continue her search for DC’s best chocolate milkshake.

Daniel Greenstein

Daniel is a proofreader. He uses his attention to detail to find and correct weaknesses and inconsistencies in correspondence, reports, and print and online publications. Daniel sees each assignment as a challenge to deliver a product to clients that will be praised for its inspiring content rather than assailed for grammatical errors. He previously performed quality assurance in the financial information and education industries and studied economics at the University of Maryland. Outside of Palladian, Daniel participates in trivia competitions.
