  • Long-distance transportation by car, airplane, bus, or train. Travel by air is only permitted in coach class on a U.S. carrier.
  • Hotel room and taxes (two- to three-night maximum stay depending on travel destination). Incidentals such as telephone calls, room service, gratuity, and Internet usage are not covered.
  • Meals and incidentals (according to federal travel regulation allowances).
  • Ground transportation expenses to and from airports and train stations and local transportation expenses while attending the Summit (not to exceed $250 total).

Long-distance travel was arranged through the contracted travel vendor for the Summit, and tickets were purchased by May 19, 2006.
